CETIM acts as a real estate developer by managing all aspects of a project from acquisition to delivery, including construction, financing and marketing. CETIM always holds a significant stake in the various projects it carries out.
We start by identifying operations that meet the predefined criteria (in conjunction with our financial partners).
We negotiate with the seller and follow the acquisition process.
We carry out technical and financial feasibility studies.
Then, we manage the real estate project in all its technical, commercial and financial aspects, relying on an experienced local team.
We are present at each stage of the project. We identify with our partners and the architect the optimization solutions. We ensure that they are implemented and that the schedule and budget are respected. No important decision is taken without consulting us.
We ensure that the finished product meets the objectives set and the needs of its users, from the triple point of view of quality, budget and schedule.

The Flaugergues
Location: Montpellier, FRANCE
Description: Construction of a residence for non-dependent seniors with a surface area of +/- 5,000 m², with swimming pool, gardens and many common areas. The residence is located in an exceptional setting, on the edge of the Château de Flaugergues, its vineyards and its gardens. It is operated by the Clinipole group, a regional actor of reference in health care in the private sector.
